Nathan Margol

CEO

Mr. Margol is chairman of the board and CEO of Northbrook Bank, a position he has held since 2020, and serves on all the bank’s board committees. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and team lead of the bank’s commercial and industrial division. He is a member of Wintrust’s Sponsor Finance group, an advisor to Glenbrook North’s incubator program, and a director of the North Suburban YMCA. Before joining Wintrust, he was a lending executive at a major financial institution. A graduate of Michigan State University, he lives in Lake Forest with his wife, Audrey, and two children.
